REPAIRS All repairs must be accompanied by our Return Authorization Form AND must be preceded by an email consultation to eliminate the many variables that can make you think your pedal is broken when it's really not. A Full 90% of our repair inquiries turn out with nothing at all wrong with the device and end up being power supply, connection cable, interference from another device, and/or user error.
